Product Manager (growth, analytics, operations).

Gold & Aron Conseil is an executive search company. We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a growth-stage fintech in Brazil.

We are seeking a versatile and data-driven professional to join a growing fintech in a middle-management capacity. This role is designed for a generalist who thrives in dynamic environments and can move fluidly across different functions, whether in product, analytics, operations, or risk. The ideal candidate is someone who excels at transforming complex business questions into data-driven insights and leading teams to execute effectively.

Main Responsibilities

- Drive Growth & Own the P&L:
Contribute to strategy and execution to grow your vertical, driving acquisition, engagement, and monetization while owning revenue and profitability targets.
- Shape Product & Customer Strategy:
Help shape product roadmap, translate customer pain points into solutions, and prioritize features that maximize adoption and impact.
- Lead Cross-Functional Execution:
Act as a mini-GM, aligning product, analytics, operations, risk, and marketing to deliver seamless, end-to-end outcomes.
- Leverage Data for Decisions:
Build KPIs and dashboards, analyze performance, and use experimentation to guide strategy and measure results.
- Manage Risk & Compliance:
Anticipate and mitigate product, operational, and regulatory risks while enabling scalable growth in a fintech environment.

Ideal Profile

- Experience:
~10 years of professional experience in dynamic, fast-paced environments leading a product/vertical
- Proven management experience, with a track record of leading teams effectively.
- Generalist mindset with curiosity and adaptability.
- Demonstrated ability to be data-driven (leveraging data for decision-making)
- Hands-on leadership style;
able to balance execution and strategy.
- Ability to handle complexity and ambiguity with confidence.
- Strong problem-solving orientation and critical thinking skills.
- Education:
Undergraduate degree required, Engineering degree is a plus.
- Collaborative approach to leadership, paired with a bias toward action.
- Strong communication skills;
English fluency is a plus.
