📢 We’re Hiring: Sales Representative | LATAM Region

🌎 Locations: Dominican Republic 🇩🇴 | Bogotá, Colombia 🇨🇴 | Brazil 🇧🇷 | Argentina 🇦🇷

📝 Contract: Full-Time | 2-Year Fixed Term (3-Month Probation)

💰 Salary Range: 2,000 – 2,500 USD/month

🗣 Languages: Spanish & English required (French is a plus)

Are you a driven Sales Representative with experience in Channel Sales in the auto-component or manufacturing industry? This is your chance to join a global organization and lead market expansion across the LATAM region.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

- Expand market presence through retailer visits, relationship building & local promotional activities
- Drive demand generation via mechanics (canopy events, mechanic meets & other marketing actions)
- Develop and nurture relationships with distributors, retailers & new business leads
- Utilize trade portals, export data & distributor databases to identify new opportunities
- Share product catalogs, specs & technical material to support purchasing decisions
- Conduct market intelligence to define competitive export pricing & achieve sales targets
- Manage export cycles across multiple product categories, ensuring compliance with standards

✅ Must-Have Qualifications

- 3–5 years of Channel Sales experience (preferably in auto-components or manufacturing)
- Proven success managing distributor & retailer networks
- Strong communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills
- Experience with export documentation, pricing strategy & international sales
- Excellent time management, organization & problem-solving skills
- Fluency in Spanish & English (French is a plus)
- Local citizenship in the country you are applying from

⭐ Preferred

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field
- Experience collaborating with supply chain, marketing, or technical teams
- Ability to manage escalations & ensure timely issue resolution
