Logistics Project Manager

This role requires a strong background in project management, with a focus on logistics operations. The successful candidate will lead and execute logistics projects, working cross-functionally to achieve business goals. This includes managing relationships with logistics partners, coordinating daily operations, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute logistics projects, working cross-functionally to achieve business goals.
- Manage relationships with logistics partners, coordinate daily operations, and implement process improvements.
- Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs and provide data-driven insights to stakeholders.
- Establish best practices for logistics operations, define roles and responsibilities, and implement performance management models.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics operations, preferably in e-commerce and/or express logistics.
- Strong understanding of logistics operations, supplier coordination, and performance management.
- Ability to analyze KPIs, identify risks, and drive process improvements through data insights.
- Willingness to visit field operations, engage with sellers, and ensure seamless execution.
- Mandatory fluency in English and Portuguese, Spanish and Mandarin are plus.
