Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Power BI & Power Automate Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of hands-on experience in building data visualizations and automating workflows using Microsoft Power Platform. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights and streamline operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Power BI:

- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models using Power BI.
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) using Power Query.
- Write advanced DAX expressions for calculated columns and measures.
- Ensure data accuracy, performance optimization, and user-friendly design.
- Collaborate with business teams to understand reporting requirements.

Power Automate:

- Design and implement automated workflows to improve business processes.
- Integrate flows with Microsoft 365 apps (SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, Excel).
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize flow performance.
- Maintain documentation and provide support for automation solutions.

Required Skills:

- Strong proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling).
- Experience with Power Automate (cloud flows, connectors, approvals).
- Good understanding of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online.
- Familiarity with SQL and relational databases.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
