About the Role:

LatamCent is hiring a Junior Chief of Staff to work directly with our CEO. This role is part executive assistant, part project manager, and part right-hand partner — keeping priorities on track, ensuring meetings turn into action, and handling light client follow-up. You'll support both internal operations and external relationships, helping the CEO focus on growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and optimize CEO's calendar, priorities, and daily workflow
- Track and follow up on action items from internal and client meetings
- Join select client and prospect calls to take notes, prepare recaps, and follow up
- Coordinate special projects, research, and process improvements
- Maintain organized documentation in Notion and Google Workspace
- Prepare concise reports, presentations, and updates for internal and client use
- Act as a communication bridge between the CEO and team members

Requirements:

- Based in Latin America, aligned with CST (±2 hours)
- English fluency at C2 level, strong verbal and written communication skills
- 1–3 years' experience in operations, executive assistance, project coordination, or similar role
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion (CRM/Airtable a plus)
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in a client-facing or account coordination role
- Familiarity with U.S. business culture and nearshore staffing industry
- Strong note-taking and summarization skills for meetings

Compensation & Logistics:

- Salary: $1,200–$1,800 USD/month (based on experience)
- Full-time, remote role from Latin America
- Direct collaboration with CEO and leadership team
- Career growth potential into operations or strategy roles

Success Indicators (First 3–6 Months):

- CEO's calendar and tasks fully streamlined with minimal rescheduling
- Internal and client projects tracked and delivered on time
- Meeting recaps and follow-ups consistently sent within 24 hours
- Proactive identification and resolution of small issues before escalation
