Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Power BI Developer to design, develop, and implement interactive dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for business decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Power BI, data modeling, and SQL, along with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, publish, and schedule Power BI dashboards and reports as per business requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable BI solutions.
- Perform data modeling, data transformation, and DAX scripting for complex calculations.
- Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and performance optimization of Power BI solutions.
- Work with SQL databases, ETL processes, and other data sources to integrate and transform data.
- Maintain data security, governance, and compliance within BI solutions.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and training to business users.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Power BI Developer (3+ years preferred).
- Strong expertise in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, and DAX .
- Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and relational databases .
- Proficiency in SQL and querying large datasets.
- Experience integrating Power BI with multiple data sources (Excel, SQL Server, Azure, APIs, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of Azure Data services (Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices is an advantage.
