We are looking for a Pega Specialist, who wants to learn and transform their career, in a CLT contract, hybrid (1 or 2x in the office), in the city of São Paulo (Av. Eng Luís Carlos Berrini).
The ideal candidate should have:
- Requires 5+ years of experience with the Pega solution
- Real-world experience with Pega's AI tools
- Ability to not only assist but also execute Pega workflows (hands-on)
- Strong foundation in systems development
- Technical leadership skills
- Experience in the Azure environment
Language: Fluent Portuguese & English (speaking & writing)
Good to have:
- Experience in the insurance or financial market
- Experience working with agile teams
- Ability to be resilient
