The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, using insights to drive growth, efficiency, and cross-functional alignment.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute data-driven sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Build and maintain sales plans, forecasts, and performance dashboards aligned with business priorities.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize sales processes, tools, and operational workflows to improve scalability and efficiency.
- Enable the sales team with training, playbooks, and resources to enhance productivity.
- Lead KPI tracking and performance reviews, providing actionable insights to leadership.
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure alignment and strategic execution.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in business strategy, sales operations, or consulting (experience in media platforms or digital industry preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently produce industry analysis and business insights.
- Proficient in handling large data sets and using BI tools to generate executive reports.
- High level of initiative, strong ownership mindset, and ability to perform under pressure.
- Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- English: Advanced or Fluent (mandatory).

Nice to Have

- Previous experience in digital media, technology, or platform-based companies.
- Experience with CRM systems, sales automation, and data visualization tools (e.g., Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau).
- Knowledge of regional market dynamics in LATAM.
