Keeta-Senior Business Analytics Manager

We are looking for a results-driven Business Analyst to join our analytics team. This role will be responsible for gathering and analysing data, identifying trends, and delivering insights that support data-informed business decisions. The ideal candidate will be adept at working with data systems, visualizing information, and collaborating across business functions.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse business performance through dashboards, reports, and ad hoc data queries.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into analytical requirements.
- Extract, clean, and manipulate data from various sources, and build and maintain dashboards and visualizations
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to support business strategy.
- Develop models and forecasts to support decision-making.
- Present data-driven insights and recommendations to business leaders.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data used for reporting and analysis.
We prefer you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a business analyst or data analyst role.
- Proficiency in SQL; experience with data visualization tools.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to clearly communicate findings through reports, presentations, and visualizations.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
