Location:

Alphaville, São Paulo, Brazil;
hybrid scheme.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source, screen, and shortlist technical profiles.
- Track candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Use job portals such as LinkedIn Recruiter effectively.
- Analyze requirements and evaluate candidate skills.
- Conduct telephonic and Teams interviews.
- Coordinate final interviews with clients.
- Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience.
- Support candidates from offer to onboarding.
- Maintain weekly trackers and reports.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers from different countries.

Requirements:

- +5 years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Familiarity with global hiring practices and tools.
