- Ability to travel up to 40% within the region as needed.
- Ability to communicate in Spanish fluently to interact with LATAM stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with business and technology audiences.

As a Digital Transformation Consultant, you will be a key partner, guiding customers through critical phases of their cloud journey and helping them succeed. You will support innovation and transformation initiatives, leveraging the full potential of Google's technology and solutions. Google Cloud accelerates every organization's ability to digitally transform its business and industry. We deliver enterprise-grade solutions that leverage Google's cutting-edge technology, and tools that help developers build more sustainably. Responsibilities

- Guide customers through digital transformation by providing solutions to their business and technology challenges; collaborating with sales to identify and close new opportunities, pitching innovative solutions.
- Leverage expertise in innovation to solve complex problems and create holistic programs; facilitate workshops to identify and prioritize new ideas.
- Lead the creation and execution of product plans, customer journeys, and go-to-market strategies, ensuring success through clear KPIs.
- Empower customers to understand their cloud usage through visibility, usage statistics, and KPIs, validating recommendations and tracking success.
- Foster collaboration internally and externally, ensuring alignment, maintaining documentation, and communicating progress effectively.
