Key Responsibilities

- Support sell-out activities in Brazil, assisting clients to expand and promote end-market sales of products.
- Work closely with clients to implement market promotion and sales initiatives.
- Assist with channel development and end-customer engagement to improve product presence and competitiveness.
- Gather and analyze market intelligence and competitor activities to provide actionable insights.
- Build strong client relationships and provide responsive support to enhance satisfaction.
- Complete assigned sales targets and related tasks in alignment with company goals.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Energy, or related fields).
- 1–3 years of work experience in sales, business development, or a related function; exposure to renewable energy or the photovoltaic industry is a plus.
- Portuguese speaker; proficiency in English is preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and customer service skills with a proactive mindset.
- Ability and willingness to travel more than 50% of the time
