A Stefanini LATAM está buscando um(a) Identity Project Manager Sênior e bilíngue para liderar a consolidação de Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) de um importante cliente global do ramo de energia, utilizando Auth0 como plataforma principal.

O profissional será responsável por planejar e executar a migração de identidades e integração de aplicações cloud e on-prem, garantindo autenticação e autorização seguras e escaláveis. Atuará com projetos globais, combinando conhecimento técnico em CIAM com gestão de projetos, incluindo planejamento de cutovers, testes, monitoramento e integração de logs.

O que o profissional fará:

- Liderar a consolidação de CIAM com Auth0 como plataforma principal.
- Planejar e entregar projetos envolvendo migração de identidade, integração de aplicações cloud e on-prem, e preparação operacional.
- Combinar conhecimento técnico profundo em CIAM com gestão de programas/projetos.
- Garantir autenticação e autorização seguras e escaláveis.

Requisitos:

- Experiência comprovada em Auth0 e CIAM
- Experiência sólida com Gestão de Projetos e/ou Identidade
- Migração de usuários e aplicações de IDPs legados (Cognito, Okta, Ping, Keycloak, Entra ID)
- Experiência com RBAC/ABAC, OAuth2/SAML, SCIM/JIT provisioning
- Conhecimento em Terraform/Deploy CLI e IaC
- Inglês avançado ou fluente (essencial)
