Senior Full-Stack Engineer - AI Productivity Platform (Remote)About Us

The Role

We're seeking a skilled Full-Stack Engineer to join our team in building an enterprise-grade productivity platform for researchers and engineers. You'll work directly on production systems that power critical workflows for major enterprises.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and deploy Next.js applications integrated with AWS services
- Deploy Python backend services to AWS for production environments
- Develop user and data management features across the full stack
- Implement SOC 2 compliance requirements and security best practices
- Work with RAG systems and LLM integrations to deliver AI-powered features
- Collaborate on architecture decisions that scale to enterprise demands

Technical Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of professional software engineering experience in production environments
- Strong experience with Next.js and modern React patterns
- Proficiency in Python backend development
- Hands-on experience with AWS services (Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, CloudFormation, OpenSearch, etc.)
- Familiarity with Docker builds
- Understanding of vector databases and RAG architectures
- Experience with production deployments and CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of security best practices and compliance frameworks (SOC 2 preferred)
