Who we are
We're a stealth-stage healthcare AI startup reinventing how medical practices capture revenue. Backed by experienced founders and already live with our first client, we're building AI-driven tools that automate clinical documentation, coding, and billing — helping clinics recover revenue and improve care.
We're looking for an engineer to help build our core platform end-to-end: backend services, data flows, infrastructure, and modern frontends. You’ll work directly with founders to shape architecture, ship features fast, and turn complex healthcare workflows into intuitive products.
What you'll do
- Build and evolve full-stack platform components (backend, pipelines, frontend)
- Develop AI-driven features for clinical and financial data
- Architect scalable, secure infrastructure on AWS
- Implement clean, observable data flows for ML/LLMs
- Ship features from 0→1 and influence product direction
Must-have Skills
- Strong programming skills (any modern language)
- Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform
- Experience building platform or product from scratch
- SQL + data modeling
- Experience with streaming, queues, or event-driven systems
- Startup mindset: autonomy, speed, ownership
Nice-to-haves
- Go or Python
- Clean architecture / DDD
- AI/ML or LLM pipeline experience
- Healthcare tech (EHR, RCM)
- HIPAA / PHI security
- HL7/FHIR/X12
