✨ Temos uma oportunidade para: Digital Product Senior Associate (Platform) – Pleno

🌍 Modelo de atuação: 100% Remoto

🧭 Contrato: Tempo indeterminado

🌐 Idioma: Inglês avançado (obrigatório)

Estamos em busca de um(a) profissional para atuar na gestão e evolução de plataformas digitais, com foco em produtos, experiência do usuário e colaboração com múltiplos stakeholders em um ambiente ágil e dinâmico.

📌 Principais Requisitos

• Experiência com gestão de websites em plataformas CMS, preferencialmente Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) ou soluções similares

• Atuação com metodologias ágeis (Scrum / Kanban)

• Experiência na criação de user stories, planejamento e priorização de backlog, testes e deploy

• Capacidade de utilizar ferramentas de dados e analytics para entender o comportamento do usuário e direcionar melhorias de produto

• Experiência em lidar com múltiplos stakeholders e requisitos complexos

• Perfil proativo, analítico e com habilidade para fazer recomendações

📌 Desejáveis / Diferenciais

• Conhecimento em processos de gerenciamento de projetos

• Vivência com times multifuncionais (marketing, vendas, TI)

• Experiência com product vision e product roadmap

• Conhecimento básico de tecnologias web (HTML, CSS e JavaScript)

📌 Atividades do Dia a Dia

• Gerenciar múltiplos websites em ambiente compartilhado (AEM ou similar), garantindo consistência e qualidade

• Atuar como especialista em melhores práticas da plataforma, apoiando times internos e stakeholders

• Participar ativamente do ciclo ágil: levantamento de requisitos, criação de user stories, planejamento de backlog, testes e deploy

• Identificar melhorias e requisitos futuros do produto junto aos stakeholders

• Avaliar e priorizar demandas, transformando necessidades complexas em recomendações acionáveis

• Utilizar dados e analytics para orientar decisões e melhorias contínuas

• Manter o backlog organizado e priorizado, alinhado aos objetivos do negócio

• Colaborar com times de marketing, vendas e TI na entrega de soluções digitais integradas

• Comunicar visão, estratégia e roadmap do produto

• Facilitar cerimônias ágeis (planning, grooming, reviews e retrospectivas)

• Analisar métricas, feedbacks de usuários e evolução do produto

• Tomar decisões sobre trade-offs entre escopo, qualidade e prazo

• Promover uma abordagem user-centric, garantindo experiências digitais de alto nível
