Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)

Contract Duration: 6 Months

Work Hours: US Time

Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)

Location: 100% Remote

We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist to provide thought leadership in advanced analytics, machine learning, and enterprise-level modeling strategy. This role is ideal for a senior professional who can lead complex initiatives, influence AI strategy, and mentor junior team members while working closely with stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead complex machine learning and advanced analytics initiatives
- Define and enforce best practices for model evaluation, validation, and governance
- Advise leadership on AI, analytics, and data science strategy
- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level data scientists
- Partner with engineering and business teams to translate data insights into impact

Required Skills & Experience

- 10+ years of experience in data science, advanced analytics, or machine learning
- Strong expertise in machine learning, statistics, and predictive modeling
- Hands-on leadership experience with Azure ML (preferred), GCP or AWS
- Experience defining enterprise analytics and AI strategies
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Technical Stack & Tools

- Cloud: Azure (preferred), GCP, AWS
- AI / Testing Tools: Cypress, Robot Framework, JMeter, unit testing frameworks
