We are looking for Analista de Infraestrutura who wants to learn and transform his career.

In this role you will:

DC admin for on-premises/cloud. Virtualization/orchestration systems administrator using hypervisors. It can be VMWare or Microsoft. Resolves incidents that impact the operation. Evaluates new products, version upgrades, tracks migration activities.. All hardware employed must be in the Microsoft, VMware, and Redhat compatibility matrices.

✓ All solution provided for connectivity to centralized arrays (servers with HBA) must be compatible with Huawei Dorado v6, Hitachi VSP, Dell/EMC VMAX 40k and VMAX3 arrays

Providing maintenance and technical support for all software and equipment provided in the platform-as-a-service solution

The professional shall perform the validation of the compatibility matrix with all devices connected to the Storages and Data Network whenever requested to update drivers or firmware of the server.

Disaster Recovery tests, electrical stop in the Data Center for preventive maintenance, planned changes, etc.);

- Experience Datacenter On-Premises with medium/low platform - Unix/Intel platform - HCI Dell VXRail and Standard 3 layer topology - Application/Processing/Storage.
- Certified on MS Windows Datacenter and Windows Server OS
- Experience on Linux RedHat/Suse, VMWare for Servers Virtualization,
- Experience to clarify doubts and guide users regarding the use, availability, installation and configuration of software, applications, information systems (both those in the market and those developed internally), equipment, standards and procedures on the technological environment of the Customer and its use
- identify and immediately report to the Level 2 Service Supervisor critical problems that have significant impacts on the technological environment of Customer, exceptional situations and other situations beyond its control or jurisdiction;

- Perform analysis of hardware requirements for software installation;

- Execute tasks for health checks, operation, create/delete users, virtual machines, virtual network, reallocate instances if need it, monitor infra, deploy new instances, patches,
- Test new features and provide analysis for compatibility among application and Windows/Linux for different version
- Execute upgrade/downgrade/reinstall version for OS (Windows/Linux)
- Collaborate in the execution of activities of the asset management process in Customer locations where there are no asset technicians allocated, at times when the Asset Management service is not available or whenever required by supervision
- Manage, Keep, Operate and Monitor high availability DCs using technologies like VXRail Dell, Storage EMC and HP Baremetal Servers. Follow procedures for DRP understanding commands sintaxes and outcomes. Apply patches and monitor health infra indicators. Professional should contemplate the use of servers for VMware virtualized platform, as well as Baremetal solutions on Windows or Linux operating systems
- Knowledge Core Network (switches spine-leaf/L3-7).
- Experience or certification equivalent for more 1.500 VM´s /Physical Servers.
- Monitor facilities Datacenter (cooling, electrical, temperature/humidity) manually or using tools.

- Coordinate tapelibrary operation in all remote sites
- Responsible for keep safe tape libraries accordindly policies defined by Customer
- Monitor execution. In case of failure recover/restart operation.
- Scalate problem if required.
- participate DR trainning and real situation. Restore activities to restablish environment quickly.
- Always keep up to date documentation for backup/restore /DR
- prepare runbook to command center execution
- experience for backup/snapshot images, configuration, files, objects, archives, databases, sap using disks, tapelibrary, cloud. Systems engineer, telecommunications or related, with knowledge of tools like
- Experince for Datacenter facilities
- Experience DC IT Infrastructure (Servers, Core Network, Storage, Operational System, ERP, HCI)
- Used to monitor multiple devices/application using Zabbix/Grafana/PBI/Tableau
- Experience to Execute runbook accordingly incident event
- Experience to find right SOP and provide feedback for improvements
- Knowledge to collect information from these tools:

- Microsoft System Center Operations Manager (SCOM)
- Python, Java, .Net
- Elastic Stack, Kibana and Selenium
- Microsoft System Center Orchestrator (SCO)
- PowerShell
- SQL Reporting Services and Power BI
- Application Insights
