Artificial Intelligence – Technical / Solution Architect
Experience Requirements:
- 10+ years of overall IT experience (20+ years for Solution Architect level).
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including technical leadership, team guidance, governance and solution ownership.
- Flexibility to work in shifts when required.
Primary Skills
- Excellent communication skills with proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive alignment on complex technical solutions.
- Strong experience in architecting, designing and implementing solutions across on-premises, cloud and hybrid environments.
- Hands-on experience deploying and operationalizing Generative AI models in enterprise environments.
- Deep expertise in fine-tuning and customizing pre-trained AI models, with solid understanding of AI architecture patterns, data engineering practices and large-scale data processing.
- Practical experience with Prompt Engineering, Azure OpenAI, Azure Form Recognizer, Azure Cognitive Search and Vector Databases.
- Ability to design and deliver technical upskilling sessions for customers.
- Strong programming skills in Python and PySpark.
Secondary Skills
- Experience with MLOps and LLMOps practices and tooling.
Mandatory Certification
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204)
Preferred Certifications
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-303 / AZ-304)
- AI-102: Microsoft Certified Azure AI Engineer Associate
- DP-100: Microsoft Certified Azure Data Scientist Associate
- Databricks Professional Certificate in Large Language Models
Soft Skills
- Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to prepare and deliver solution presentations.
- Positive attitude with excellent communication skills to manage customer interactions and technical workshops.
