Tech Recruiter – LATAM
Location: São Paulo, Brazil (Hybrid – 2 days/week onsite in Vila Olímpia)
Contract: 9-month fixed term, possibility of reassignment
Languages: Fluent Portuguese and English***

About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Tech Recruiter to scale technical teams and deliver top talent in a competitive market. You’ll manage full-cycle recruitment for technology roles, develop sourcing strategies, and partner closely with hiring managers and engineering leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technology roles, including developers and product managers.
- Execute advanced sourcing strategies, market mapping, and headhunting.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and ATS tools to build strong pipelines.
- Partner with hiring managers and engineering teams to understand technical requirements and deliver tailored recruitment strategies.
- Drive KPIs for candidate submissions, interviews, and successful placements.
- Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and reporting for client updates.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in tech recruitment, preferably in product-based companies or startups.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage high-volume hiring.
- Expertise in market mapping, headhunting, and advanced sourcing techniques.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools, and Boolean search.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (mandatory);
Spanish is a plus.
- Skilled at engaging technical talent and understanding niche skill sets.
- Strategic mindset, adaptability, and strong stakeholder management.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid model with office presence twice a week in São Paulo.
