What are we looking for?
- Experience planning, deploying, and validating patches across servers and endpoints.
- Ability to interpret vulnerability scan results (Tenable, Qualys, Rapid7) and prioritize remediation.
- Skilled at assessing patch criticality, handling exceptions, and applying compensating controls when needed.
- Familiar with change management, maintenance windows, and ITIL-based processes.
- Understanding of Windows/Linux systems, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and basic networking concepts.
- Awareness of patching considerations in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Ability to generate patch compliance reports, audit evidence, and clear documentation.
