We are looking for ServiceNow Business Analyst who wants to learn and transform his career

Responsibility:

- 'Fluent English to host meetings with stakeholders from the USA.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Hands on experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with expertise in ServiceNow platform.
- Experience with Agile frameworks such as SCRUM, or KANBAN.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with ServiceNow configuration and customization is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage project timelines.
- PMI Agile Certified Practitioner; or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO)
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with expertise in ServiceNow platform.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with ServiceNow configuration and customization is a plus.
- Additional Skills:
