About the Role

The Merchant Strategy Solutions team is responsible to developing and implementing innovative strategies that effectively tackle and overcome critical challenges faced by merchants in dispatch operations, thereby enhancing delivery efficiency and strengthening brand competitiveness.

What You'll Do:

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance delivery efficiency of stacked orders and full-service model.
- Evaluate the impact of implemented strategies and adjust them as necessary.
- Continuously monitor performance and analyze the operation data to identify product improvement opportunities within stacked orders strategy.
- Continuously evaluate user feedback, conduct research, and incorporate insights to enhance customer, merchant and rider satisfaction.
- Collaborate with product, technology, operations, commercial and customer support teams.
- Work directly with merchants and riders to understand their needs and challenges.
- Develop Market Requirement Documents (MRDs) to capture and communicate the operational needs and market opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the market requirements are comprehensive and aligned with business objectives.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of new enhancements documentation and timelines.
- Assist in creating comprehensive documentation, training materials, and product guides to facilitate seamless onboarding and usage of the product.

What We're Looking For:

- Availability to work on-site in São Paulo.
- Fluent in English.
- Proven experience in product operations or related areas.
- Advanced analytical skills and experience with tools like SQL.
- Excellent communication skills to work in a collaborative environment.
- Previous experience in the food and beverage sector or delivery platforms is a plus.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in project management and familiarity with PMO processes.
- Ability to create detailed Market Requirement Documents and collaborate with stakeholders.
