🇧🇷 Senior Project Manager – Manufacturing & Supply Chain

📍 Location: Rio de Janeiro or São Paulo, Brazil Preferred -Commute to the office 2–3 times a month.

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager (PMP Certified) with strong experience in Manufacturing and Supply Chain to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across multiple business units.

This role requires fluency in English and Portuguese, strong communication and leadership skills, and the ability to manage both technical and business-facing projects. The ideal candidate is well-versed in multiple project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and has a background that bridges Project Management and Business Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead full project lifecycle management—from initiation through delivery—ensuring on-time and on-budget execution.
- Build, motivate, and guide project teams to achieve milestones and deliverables.
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
- Drive requirements gathering and solution design in collaboration with business analysts and technical teams.
- Communicate effectively with senior management, providing clear reports, presentations, and updates.
- Ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall governance and quality standards.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee contract and resource negotiations.
- Promote continuous process improvement and alignment with organizational objectives.

Required Qualifications

- PMP Certification (mandatory).
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 10+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in manufacturing or supply chain projects.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple concurrent projects.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, SDLC, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience acting as both Project Manager and Business Analyst when required.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese (spoken and written).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and tools such as ServiceNow, Smartsheet, or Planview.
