Zoho Analyst/Developer

What You'll Tackle
- Build & ship Zoho Creator apps – forms, workflows, pages, Deluge logic.
- Extend Zoho CRM – custom modules, blueprints, functions, webhooks, Canvas views.
- Integrate – REST/GraphQL APIs, webhooks, custom functions; connect third-party tools.
- Automate support – tailor Zoho Desk, build Zobots, set SLAs, design multi-dept portals.
- Visualize & report – craft Zoho Analytics dashboards that drive decisions.
- Collaborate – join client calls (US hours), capture needs quickly, ship solutions fast.
Must-Haves
- 2+ yrs heavy Zoho development (Creator, CRM, Desk, Analytics).
- Strong Deluge, REST API, JavaScript, HTML/CSS.
- Clear written & spoken English; comfortable leading screen-shares.
- Time-zone overlap with US EST/PST (occasional EU calls).
- Habit of documenting code, commits, and change-logs.
Bonus Points
- Zapier / Make (Integromat) chops.
- Experience with serverless functions (AWS Lambda, Cloudflare Workers, etc.).
- Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
