With over 1,000 team members around the world , Keeta is in full expansion — and you could be part of this journey Know more: 🌟 Job Responsibilities - Support the full recruitment journey for new riders, from attracting leads to making sure they're ready to start, always following company standards. - Help test and compare different ads and landing pages (A/B tests) to find the best ways to attract new riders. - Use data to share clear insights with the team about market trends, competitor activities, and where the recruitment process can improve. - Assist in building and improving communication channels with riders, ensuring they feel supported throughout the process. - Collaborate with operations, marketing, and product teams to align strategies that improve rider growth. Requirements: - This position is open to graduates whose graduation dates fall between November 2025 and October 2026. - Good English communication for the daily work and contact with foreign team. - A creative mindset for problem-solving and adapting strategies to dynamic markets. - Organization and proactivity, with a great willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
