• Ability to manage multiple demands and ensure compliance with deadlines and SLAs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and review sales contracts, ensuring compliance with compliance and legal.

• Analyze requests from the commercial team and offer advisory support for negotiation feasibility.

• Monitor demands dynamically, considering the constant changes in processes.

• Carry out follow-up of all contractual changes, ensuring approval of the areas involved.

• Interpret scenarios and perform critical analysis to ensure the feasibility of negotiations.

• Check contracts issued, ensuring that the rules and guidelines have been applied correctly.

• Organize and direct demands to meet the required deadlines and quality.

• Perform billing reservation of signed contracts, following a detailed checklist of checks.
