Senior Mobile Flutter Engineer

Summary

We're looking for a Senior Mobile Engineer to join one of our partners in building innovative and high-performing mobile applications. You'll play a key role in designing and developing Flutter-based apps that deliver seamless user experiences, ensuring performance, scalability, and clean architecture across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

- Design and implement mobile solutions using Flutter, following best practices and scalable patterns.
- Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality features.
- Ensure application performance, responsiveness, and reliability across Android and iOS.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions and architecture decisions.

Requirements

- 5+ years of professional experience in mobile development, with a strong focus on Flutter.
- Deep understanding of mobile architecture, UI frameworks, and performance optimization.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, state management (Bloc, Provider, Riverpod), and dependency injection.
- Solid grasp of Git workflows and agile development practices.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in distributed teams.

Nice to have

- Experience publishing apps to the App Store and Google Play.
- Familiarity with native Android (Kotlin) or iOS (Swift) codebases.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for mobile projects.
