We are looking for Quality Analyst (not a software tester) who wants to learn and transform his career.
In this role you will: (responsibilities)
Position Summary
The Quality Analyst is responsible for ensuring that processes, products, and services meet the quality standards established by the client and TCS, as well as applicable regulatory norms. This role involves analyzing, monitoring, and continuously improving processes to increase efficiency, reduce risks, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality policies and procedures.
- Conduct internal audits and support external audits.
- Analyze quality indicators and propose action plans for continuous improvement.
- Prepare technical reports and documentation related to quality.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards, internal regulations, and legal requirements.
- Support operational areas in identifying and correcting non-conformities.
- Assist in and develop training for teams on best practices and quality standards.
Requirements
- Education: Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in quality-related roles.
Knowledge
- Quality Tools (PDCA, 5W2H, Ishikawa, etc.)
- ISO Standards (9001, 14001, etc.)
- Internal and external audits
- Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel)
Skills
- Critical analysis and attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork
- Ability to propose improvements and solve problems
Differentials
- Green Belt or Black Belt certification (Lean Six Sigma)
- Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Intermediate or advanced English
