Location: Remote (Mexico 🇲🇽 / Colombia 🇨🇴 / Brazil 🇧🇷).

Role Overview
We're looking for a Technical Product Owner who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution. You'll work closely with engineering teams, stakeholders, and domain experts to deliver high-impact products in the Insurance space.
If you're comfortable discussing APIs, integrations, and system architecture —and love turning complex requirements into clear user stories—this role is for you.
What You'll Do
Own and manage the product backlog
Write clear, detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
Collaborate with engineering, QA, and business stakeholders
Lead product discussions and influence technical & business decisions
Translate business needs into technical requirements
Ensure alignment across product vision, roadmap, and delivery
What You Bring
5–10 years as a Product Owner or Technical Business Analyst
Strong knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies
Must-have: Insurance domain experience
Nice to have: IVR domain knowledge
Ability to discuss system architecture, APIs, integrations, and data flows
Excellent communication, stakeholder management & problem-solving skills
Proven ability to lead discussions and drive decision-making
