About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Broadcast Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of our broadcast schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review, organize, and input commercial breaks into the playout system with precision and accuracy.
- Ensure the correct scheduling of content, promos, and commercials in accordance with programming instructions (PIs).
- Monitor and control all materials scheduled for broadcast, verifying their availability, technical quality, and proper naming.
- Coordinate with the transmission coordinator to execute the programming instruction (PI) during live events, handling any issues that may arise.
- Collect and analyze data related to commercial airings to inform future scheduling decisions.

Requirements:

- Fluent English communication skills and attention to detail are essential for this role.
- Prior experience in traffic, broadcast scheduling, or media operations is preferred.
- Familiarity with playout systems and scheduling tools is required.
- A strong understanding of video formats and broadcast standards is necessary.
- Proficiency in Excel and excellent organizational skills are also required.
