Now hiring for fully remote Work from Home position Requirements: - You love playing Games - Candidates should have previous experience in the Customer Support field - Must speak and write professional English - Knowledge in Email Etiquette - Personal Computer or Laptop with a Stable Internet Connection. - Minimum requirements - Windows: 15.6" AMD Ryzen 7 5800U, 1,9-4,4 GHZ / AMD Radeon Vega 8 / 32GB / SSD - 512GB - You enjoy use and understand computer systems. - Computer skills, fast and accurate keyboard writing speed - Un-Interrupted Electricity and or UPS(power backup) - RPG Games knowledge, Mobile Gaming, PC Gaming, Console Gaming, E-sports Knowledge is a must. - Enjoy working with people Work with us and you'll enjoy: - Work with a young, international team - Competitive salary with a fair chance of promotion - Internal Company Bonuses - 20 Paid days off (vacation) - 7 weeks of Paid training (Mon-Friday business hours GMT+2 Time Zone) - Schedule: 24/7 Coverage – 5 working days a week / 2 days off, 8.5 hours working shifts - Shifts 02:00 - 10:30 (Night) GMT+2 Time Zone (21:00PM - 5:30AM BRT) Job Description: Answering players questions via Email only.
