We’re seeking a QA Analyst with a strong quality-first mindset to help us deliver exceptional software. While experience with test automation is highly valued, we’re equally interested in someone with a solid QA foundation who’s eager to expand their automation and programming skills.

What You'll Do

- Design and execute manual and automated test strategies for web, mobile, and desktop applications in an Agile environment.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize automation frameworks using Playwright and TypeScript.
- Perform exploratory, sanity, smoke, regression, and integration testing; log and track defects in the defect management system.
- Conduct backend database testing in Microsoft SQL, validating stored procedures, jobs, and triggers.
- Map requirements to test cases to ensure full coverage and report test results (pass/fail).
- Create clear, reproducible bug reports and assist the Support team in reproducing client-reported issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables meet functional and design specifications throughout the SDLC.

What You Have

Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience as a QA Analyst
- Experience with test automation tools such as Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium.
- Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript for writing and maintaining automated tests.
- Strong skills in executing manual test cases
- Experience in testing web, mobile, and desktop applications, including cross-browser compatibility testing and related tools
- Knowledge of Quality Assurance best practices
- Broad understanding of quality control and testing within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of English, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with international teams.
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with Azure DevOps is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
