About the Role Sales and Market Research specialist Responsibilities 1. Overseas main sales market sales forecast by grade, helping the group to judge the scale and accurate production scheduling; 2. In-depth analysis of overseas main sales market channel layout, product layout, sales model, and strategic tactics; 3. Overseas passenger car market research, including research on sales trends, marketing, channel layout, strategic layout, etc. in various countries; 4. Industry and automotive company analysis, in-depth study of global sales, products, factories, R&D, and sales model layout of international automotive companies. Qualifications 1. Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 5 years of experience in automotive channel/data analysis/market/system planning; 2. Proficient in Chinese and Portuguese; 3. Possess local work qualifications in Brazil, local employment; 4. Strong self-motivation and strong pressure resistance. Required Skills - Has strong abilities in information synthesis and data analysis - Proficient in EXCEL, PPT, SQL, and proficient in using data software such as SPSS and KNIME is preferred - Proficient in English - Strong sense of responsibility, strong self drive, and strong ability to withstand pressure Preferred Skills Experience in multinational automobile manufacturers or automotive related consulting firms Pay range and compensation package Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
