Procurement Operations Lead, Brazil Procurement Operation

Role summary: Lead end to end procurement activities in SSD operation, managing contracts and processes to ensure efficient delivery while optimizing costs.
Key job responsibilities
- Evaluate contracts and conduct performance audits;
- Perform cost analysis and establish improvement benchmarks;
- Drive supplier relationships and negotiations;
- Ensure compliance with company spending policies;
- Manage P2P (Purchase to Pay) processes;
- Lead procurement metrics and improvement initiatives;
- Track KPIs and develop action plans for savings goals;
- Identify, achieve and report on savings and value targets for category sourcing activities.
- Align with internal customers and understand the business needs in order to provide efficient procurement support.
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps);
- Advanced English Level.- Experience with one or more analytics visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, QuickSight, MicroStrategy, PowerBI)
- Ability to create automated reporting solutions.
