Job Responsibilities

- Drive the improvement of after-sales capabilities of the Brazilian branch and implement various improvement projects (including Call Center, Spare Parts, Training, etc.).
- Promote the annual reduction of after-sales costs.
- Prioritize providing technical support for after-sales issues in Brazil.
- Align the needs of the branch and facilitate the factory to quickly resolve market-related problems.
- Coordinate with the Brazilian branch, Americas Region, and MIB;

extend the after-sales technical support from Brazil to the Latin American market.
Job Qualifications
1. More than 5 years of relevant work experience in the Brazilian market;
bachelor's degree or above in Science and Engineering;
familiar with after-sales processes and operations;
candidates with experience in quality/after-sales/technical support are preferred.

- Possess strong coordination and alignment capabilities to drive the rhythm of BU and facilitate the rapid implementation of market demands at the factory end.
- Proficient in English communication;

with a service-orientedmindset, patient and meticulous;
candidates with excellent data processing/analysis skills are preferred.
4. Willing to accept business trips (subsequent frequent trips are expected between São Paulo, Canoas, and the Brazilian factory).
