About the Role:
You will work closely with senior leadership and other stakeholders, including collaborating with business partners and departments such as sales, distribution, IT, Finance, and service providers.
- Conduct risk analysis and underwriting, including assessing clients' background information and rating scores.
- Collect and streamline data.
- Support senior team members and stakeholders by preparing slides, gathering data, writing reports, and maintaining databases and data pipelines.
- Ensure compliance with applicable insurance laws and regulations.
- Provide training to the sales team across the country.

Essentials:
- Bachelor's degree is required; preferred fields include Finance (Economics), Business Administration, or Law. Other degrees are acceptable.
- Minimum three years of experience in the insurance industry.
- Proven experience in D&O insurance underwriting.
- Hands-on experience in product development.
- Proficiency in English.
Nice to Haves:
- Master's degree in Business, Economics, or Corporate Law.
- Extensive background in E&O Insurance.
- Agile knowledge and certification.
- Ambitious and eager to explore new solutions and working methods.
