About the Role

We're looking for a versatile and execution-focused Full Stack Engineer to join our Platform Engineering team. You will be central to building high-performance, scalable content experiences across multiple verticals and aligning our digital content strategy with emerging AI-powered capabilities. This includes building and iterating content modules, templated systems, and platform integrations that connect seamlessly with our internal CMS (Directus) and data pipelines.

As our ideal candidate, you're not just coding pages, you're architecting frameworks that scale, experimenting with AI-enhanced tooling, and partnering closely with product and editorial teams to push the boundaries of how engaging, intelligent content is delivered.

Kay Responsibilities

- Build and maintain dynamic content pages and verticals powered by reusable components and design systems
- Integrate with Eightpoint's internal CMS (Directus) and the Platform team to streamline content publishing workflows
- Contribute to AI-assisted publishing workflows, including automated tagging, content suggestions, real-time data integrations and dynamic content delivery in a hyper-personalized environment
- Partner with product manager, designers, analysts, and editorial stakeholders to test, launch, and iterate on new user experiences
- Lead the development of tooling for rapid deployment of landing pages, A/B testing and integration with existing data models
- Stay ahead of trends in AI-enhanced development to continuously evolve how content is created, managed, and delivered

Who You Are

- 3+ years of software engineering or development experience
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Proficiency in TypeScript, Vue.js and Node.js
- Familiarity with server-side rendering or static site generation frameworks like Nuxt or Astro
- Experience developing third party extensions or plugins for existing systems
- Familiarity with REST API development and consumption
- Deep familiarity with content systems, component-based design, and server-side rendering frameworks
- Comfortable in a SCRUM environment where teams are held accountable to outcomes, and collaboration is key
- Strong communicator and proactive collaborator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
