HireStakes is currently working with an established gambling operator in Brazil looking to hire a Brazil Country Manager.

Responsibilities

- Drive growth and expand the company’s presence in Brazil through strategic planning and market insights.
- Lead customer support, risk management, and operational teams to ensure high service quality and player engagement.
- Ensure compliance with Brazilian iGaming regulations and coordinate with legal and compliance teams.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and KPIs while providing market performance updates to leadership.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team, fostering innovation and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on marketing initiatives and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

- 5+ years in iGaming or sports betting operations.
- Proven leadership and team management experience, including cross-functional or remote teams.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English.
- Strong knowledge of Brazilian betting laws, market trends, and customer behavior.
- Analytical, strategic, and results-driven with excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, risk tools, payment methods, and digital marketing strategies.
