Our client

Our client is a dynamic company in the Parking and Mobility Industry seeking to grow its client base and ensure long-term satisfaction. They value strong partnerships and are committed to providing excellent service and support.

What they offer:

- Competitive pay: $2,000 - $2,300 USD/month
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, Central Standard Time
- Location: 100% remote from Latin America
- Great Benefits: 10 days PTO and US Holidays

About the role:

As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be responsible for managing multiple client accounts, helping them grow their revenue, and ensuring they receive excellent service and support. Your day-to-day will involve regular communication with clients, problem-solving, and building strong professional relationships. Your key responsibilities will include:

· Managing a portfolio of accounts

· Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships

· Identifying growth opportunities and helping clients increase revenue

· Handling day-to-day communications with professionalism and care

· Keeping systems up to date

· Working on other projects as assigned

· Performing other related client success manager duties as assigned

Key qualifications and skills:

· 3+ years of experience in customer service, account management, or customer success management

· Bilingual in English (spoken and written)

· Comfortable working Monday to Friday, Central Standard Time hours

· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Proactive and eager to learn.

· Strong organizational and time management skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Tech-savvy
