We are expanding our Data Science team and are looking for a talented Machine Learning Engineer to contribute to AI initiatives and deliver transformative solutions to our clients.

Role Description

As a Machine Learning Engineer at DHAUZ North America, you will be instrumental in the development and implementation of advanced machine learning solutions. We are looking for an individual with a strong inclination towards innovation, someone who consistently experiments with new ideas, pushes boundaries, and drives progress. You will work closely with data scientists, engineers, and business consultants to ensure the successful delivery of AI projects. Your role will encompass designing and executing machine learning models, staying updated on industry trends, and contributing to team innovation. You should be committed to managing problems from beginning to end and willing to acquire any necessary knowledge to complete tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning algorithms and models that solve real-world problems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement AI-driven solutions, understanding complex business challenges and delivering AI-powered solutions
- Design and build data pipelines for efficient model training and deployment, ensuring models are production-ready
- Conduct experiments and analyze results to improve model performance and accuracy
- Contribute to projects that require cutting-edge technology and innovative approaches
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and AI, engaging with the latest developments in the field
- Take part in code reviews, share knowledge, and lead by example to maintain high-quality engineering practices
- Monitor and maintain deployed models to ensure they continue delivering value

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Machine Learning, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in developing and implementing machine learning models
- Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms and techniques
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or Java
- Solid understanding of statistics, mathematics, and data structures
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
- Experience with building and deploying on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and working with containerization technologies
- Proven proficiency in english

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning
- Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools
- Contributions to open-source ML projects or research publications
- Experience with distributed computing and big data technologies
