We’re looking for an experienced ServiceNow Enterprise Architect to join a global organization. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a high-impact initiative within an international environment, offering a competitive salary in USD and the chance to collaborate with diverse technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and enhance ServiceNow APM to manage application and technology portfolios effectively.
- Align APM with CSDM standards and support accurate service mapping and application service configuration.
- Use SAM and Discovery data to enrich application metadata and strengthen service maps.
- Provide visibility into technical debt and contribute to roadmap planning for leadership.
- Support the latest ServiceNow upgrade and ensure smooth module compatibility.

Required Skills & Experience

- 8+ years of overall IT experience, including strong enterprise-level exposure.
- 4–5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow APM.
- Proven background with ServiceNow SAM and Discovery modules.
- Expertise configuring Application Services and building Service Maps.
- Experience working with the latest ServiceNow release/upgrade.
- Fluent English, with excellent communication and documentation abilities.
