Job Description:

- Lawyer with work experience and knowledge in commercial law, tax law, consumer protection law, and labor law;

- Manage internalcases and disputes with the external law firms;

- Support projectbidding. Experience to draft, review and negotiate contracts like, sales, services, Outsourcing/Purchase, Memorandum of understanding (MOU), Non-disclosure agreement (NDA), etc.
- Experience prepare bilingual contracts (Portuguese and English), and some daily process operating like the payment;

- Provide legal consultation related to customs, tariffs, tax and fiscal matters and any other emergency. provide legal opinions, advises and orientation in the daily work of the company.

Qualification:

- Must be graduated in Law;

- Experience in the topics descriptions, especially in-house legal experience;

- Experience in commercial law, tax law, consumer protection law, and labor law;

- Fluent in English language to communicate and write documents;

- Responsible andproactive, good communication skills as team player.

Others skills, as differential:

- Knowledge in corporate area;

- Legal support and orientation to internal departments of the company;

- Experience working in telecommunication area.
