Senior Accounting Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Sr Accounting Analyst to join our team in São Paulo. This role is critical to maintaining the financial integrity of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, both local and international (IFRS), and will be responsible for delivering accurate financial insight to support strategic decision-making.
Location: São José dos Campos - State of São Paulo, Brazil
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data and prepare accurate, timely reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards (IFRS and Brazilian GAAP).
- Verify the accuracy of financial statements and related documentation.
- Manage and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
- Maintain and oversee general ledger activities.
- Support internal and external audits, including documentation and process improvements.
- Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Provide financial analysis to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to corporate financial policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- CRC (Conselho Regional de Contabilidade) certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and Brazilian GAAP.
- Proficiency in accounting systems; experience with SAP and BPC is a plus.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Advanced English proficiency is required.
