About the Role

Our client is looking for an Instructional Designer responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality learning materials to support internal teams and partners. The focus will be on creating scalable, engaging learning experiences for product readiness, systems/process training, and ongoing enablement programs.

This role requires a self-sufficient professional with strong creative design capabilities and advanced proficiency in Articulate Storyline. The ideal candidate can quickly adapt, work independently, and collaborate effectively with subject matter experts and cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop e-learning modules, videos, and other instructional content using Articulate Storyline and multimedia tools.
- Manage multiple training projects, including systems/process training and product or solution readiness.
- Collaborate with SMEs and internal teams to ensure content accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
- Apply instructional design methodologies to ensure engaging and measurable learning outcomes.
- Define content strategy and deliver final assets for publishing.
- Track learner engagement and performance, using analytics and feedback to improve materials.
- Stay up to date with instructional design trends and emerging technologies.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in instructional design or enablement, preferably in complex or technical environments.
- Advanced proficiency in Articulate Storyline (must be able to start with minimal onboarding).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong creative and visual design abilities to translate complex topics into clear, learner-centered content.
- Experience developing learning materials for internal teams, sales enablement, or process training initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and features such as branching, gamification, and assessments.
- Certification in Instructional Design or Sales Enablement.
