The position in Mexico will follow a hybrid work model. Responsibilities Design and manage integrations between Coupa and ERP systems Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure data accuracy Maintain documentation and support audit requirements Configure and support Coupa modules and functionality Conduct unit testing and collaborate with QA teams to ensure system functionality and performance Develop and execute test scripts aligned with change management protocols Collaborate with the business and IT teams to improve Coupa capabilities and processes Required Skills & Qualifications Coupa configuration expertise - hands-on experience configuring COAs, commodities, lookups, custom fields, approval chains, groups, content groups, accounting groups, and account validation rules Familiarity with Coupa’s data model and table structure across the Source-to-Pay (S2P) cycle Proven experience integrating Coupa with ERP systems, like SAP S/4 HANA and event-based middleware, like Kafka Ability to develop integration interfaces using APIs, middleware and other tools "Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, IT, and QA Cross-cultural competence and adaptability in dynamic environments Coupa Admin experience Preferred Qualifications Experience with Coupa configuration and integration roles Preferred certification: Coupa Core Implementation Specialist or Coupa Platform Additional certifications a plus: Coupa Contract Management, Risk Assess or Sourcing Optimization Experience with an integration monitoring solution, like Datadog Language Requirement: Advanced English Why choose us?
