Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and deploy Java-based microservices following best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient backend systems.
- Ensure high code quality through testing, debugging, and documentation.

- Lead code reviews and promote architectural best practices.
- Optimize performance, reliability, and maintainability of services.

Role Expectations:

- Lead development efforts, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on Java and microservices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Collaborate with offshore and onsite teams for seamless integration.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation.

Qualifications:

- 7–11 years of experience in Java and microservices development.
- Proven ability to lead backend development projects.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience working in distributed teams is a plus.
