We are seeking an experienced **Workday People Analytics Specialist** to deliver actionable insights through the Workday platform and help our HR and business leaders make informed, strategic decisions.**Key Responsibilities*** **Strategic Consultation:** Partner with HR and business leaders to understand needs, document requirements, and provide data-driven recommendations.* **Analytics Development:** Translate business requirements into impactful reports and dashboards that enable organizational insights.* **Collaboration:** Work closely with HR Technology, IT, and stakeholders to ensure data integrity and robust analytics solutions.* **Workday Configuration:** Configure Workday dashboards, reports, Discovery Boards, People Analytics, and Prism.
