About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Enterprise Salesforce Solution Architect to lead solution design and architecture across our Salesforce ecosystem. In this role, you’ll define scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that align with our business strategy and IT standards, while driving best practices across Salesforce and integration platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead enterprise architecture and solution design for Salesforce implementations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and IT governance.
- Define and document integration patterns and data flow architectures between Salesforce and external systems (primarily NetSuite ERP) using MuleSoft or other iPaaS platforms.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to establish integration strategy, API governance, and data security models.
- Evaluate and recommend architectural improvements to enhance scalability, performance, and maintainability across projects.
- Define and enforce Salesforce development best practices, including CI/CD, environment strategy, and deployment automation.
- Participate in project estimations, solution design reviews, and client presentations, providing architectural leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Proven experience designing and implementing multi-cloud Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).
- Deep understanding of Salesforce integration mechanisms including REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Apex Integration Patterns, and External Objects.
- Hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (API design, RAML, DataWeave, flow orchestration).
- Familiarity with other iPaaS tools such as Dell Boomi, Workato, or Informatica Cloud is a plus.
- Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns, data synchronization, and API-led connectivity principles.
- Knowledge of Nonprofit Cloud or Financial Services Cloud is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
