Now, we’re seeking an experienced Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our remote team and help drive our next phase of innovation.

Role Overview

In this role, you will be a crucial contributor to our platform, designing and implementing features across the tech stack, optimizing performance, and ensuring the highest security standards. You’ll have a chance to build impactful solutions that streamline staffing operations for our clients.

Ideal Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in Python.
- 5+ years of experience building web applications (FastAPI, Django, or Flask).
- 2+ years of experience with JavaScript frameworks (React or Vue).
- Comfortable independently developing full-stack features, from backend to frontend.
- Extensive knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
- Experience with payments or fintech is preferred.
- Must be able to work with at least 4 hours of overlap with US Eastern Time (EST).

Interview Process

1. Introductory Call – 15-30 minutes
2. Meet with a member of our team for a brief conversation about your background and the role.
3. Technical Deep Dive – 45-60 minutes
4. Walk us through a feature or project you’ve built, focusing on code review, design decisions, improvements, and lessons learned. This is an opportunity to showcase your technical expertise and problem-solving approach.
